Blackberry Mountain – Fourteen 700 sq ft treehouses built into the forest canopy. Designed to fully immerse guests in a luxury outdoor experience. Completed 2021.
The Swag – Full renovation of guests rooms, addition of bar, pool, exercise facility, wine cellar, and The Still, a full service spa. Completed 2022. Additional improvements ongoing.
Twin Farms – Eight new luxury treehouse accommodations. Completed Fall 2023.
Tides Inn – Salt and Meadow – This reimagined space was inspired by the breathtaking scenery of the region and Rappahannock River.
RT Lodge – Addition of bar space and terrace to a perennial favorite in the Smoky Mountains. The Morningside Room expansion compliments existing structures and thoughtful details at this historical property. Completed 2022.
Twin Farms – Forbes five star property and only Relais & Châteaux property in Vermont. The addition of Twiggs, a second dining location, reimagined existing space and elevated the guest experience. Completed 2022.

Freedom Restaurant – Complete remodel of the primary restaurant and lounge at The Cove. Expanded kitchen, added sushi bar, pool, and retail space.
Blackberry Farm – Bramble Hall remodel completed December 2023 to create configurable meeting and dining spaces.
High Hampton – A beloved destination for generations. The remodel and restoration of this 100 year old inn in North Carolina and listed on the historic register, injected modern elements alongside long-loved details. Completed 2021.
Residential – Client rep for private homes at the Blackberry Mountain and Blackberry Farm properties. Properties ranging from 3,500 -15,000 sq ft. Ongoing.
Cataloochee Ranch – Complete renovation of historic ranch Relais & Châteaux property including 20 cabins, restaurant, and bar. Additional projects continuing through 2024.
The Cove – Summer 2024 completion of 3 new beach front villas.
